We specialize in the supply and delivery of shipping containers, including standard, modified, and specialized container units. Due to the size and nature of our products, all deliveries are handled via specialized freight transport.

2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation or signed agreement.
- Custom or modified containers may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated before dispatch.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimated based on location, availability, and logistics scheduling:
- Main areas (major cities in South Africa): 3–7 business days
- Regional / outlying areas: 5–12 business days
- Custom or modified containers: 7–21 business days depending on specifications
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed due to third-party freight dependencies.
4. Shipping Method
All shipping containers are delivered using:
- Flatbed trucks
- Crane trucks (where required)
- Heavy-duty freight carriers
Delivery method depends on container size, site access, and unloading requirements.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are:
- Calculated based on delivery location, container size, and access conditions
- Quoted separately from product pricing unless otherwise stated
- Confirmed before dispatch or included in the official invoice
Additional charges may apply for:
- Difficult site access
- Remote locations
- Special lifting or offloading requirements
6. Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, the Customer must:
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact details
- Ensure the site is accessible for large trucks
- Ensure adequate space for offloading and placement
- Arrange any required permissions for access or placement
If delivery cannot be completed due to site conditions, additional fees may apply for re-delivery or storage.
7. Risk & Responsibility
- Risk in the goods transfers to the Customer upon delivery or attempted delivery.
- The Customer is responsible for inspection upon arrival.
- Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Failed Delivery / Delay
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Road restrictions or access limitations
- Incorrect address details
- Customer unavailability
- Third-party transport delays
Additional costs may apply for re-delivery or storage.
9. Tracking & Delivery Updates
Due to the nature of freight logistics:
- Not all deliveries include live tracking
- Customers will receive updates via phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Delivery scheduling will be confirmed in advance
10. International Delivery (If Applicable)
For cross-border or export orders:
- Customs clearance and import duties are the responsibility of the Customer
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on border processing
- Additional documentation may be required
