1. How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with our EFT banking details to complete your payment.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments. Once payment is received and verified, your order will be confirmed and processed.

3. What happens after I submit my proof of payment?

Please email your proof of payment to sales@vanshippincontainers.co.za with your order number as the reference. Our team will verify the payment and Effect your order Delivery.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Our team will provide you with an estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed. Standard Delivery is usually 3-5 business days.

5. Do you deliver nationwide in South Africa?

Yes, we deliver across South Africa. Please contact us at sales@vanshippincontainers.co.za for delivery quotes to your area.

6. What sizes of shipping containers do you offer? 

We offer a range of shipping container sizes. Please browse our product catalogue or contact us directly for more information on available sizes and specifications.

7. Can I collect my order?

Yes, in-store collection is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time for collection.

8. Do you offer installation or modification services?

Yes we do offer installation or modification services. Please contact us directly at sales@vanshippincontainers.co.za  to discuss any installation or modification requirements.

9. What sizes do you offer?

We supply a variety of container sizes to meet every project’s needs:

  • 10 ft: Compact and ideal for smaller storage or limited spaces

  • 20 ft: Our most popular size for storage, offices, and conversions

  • 40 ft: Perfect for large storage, workshops, or custom projects

We also offer High Cube (extra-tall) options for added space.

10. Are the containers weatherproof?

Yes ,all our containers are built from durable Corten steel, are wind- and water-tight, and engineered to withstand harsh weather conditions, making them perfect for long-term outdoor use.

11. Do you offer bulk pricing or discounts?
