Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order if the product delivered is significantly different from the description provided on our website or arrives damaged.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as delivered.

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase and photographs of any damage must be provided.

The container must not have been modified, altered, or resold.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:

Customized or modified shipping containers.

Containers altered after delivery by the customer.

Products purchased through special-order arrangements.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographs and additional information to evaluate the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect item or a product that arrived damaged, Van Shipping Containers will cover reasonable return transportation costs.
If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return transportation costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If payment has already been made, eligible refunds will be processed after any applicable administrative or banking fees are deducted.
Custom-built or modified containers may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced.
